Founded in 2022 by former Harimau Malaya player K. Reuben and Hari Perakash Rao, Football First Academy (FFA) is dedicated to nurturing young football talent with world-class coaching and a focus on teamwork, discipline, and integrity. Our mission is to develop skilled, confident players who excel both on and off the field, fostering a lifelong love for the game.
Guided by our core values of respect, excellence, and inclusivity, we aim to create a positive impact within the community while setting the standard for youth football development.

Reuben's Leap of Faith
In a quiet hotel room in Kedah, sometime in August 2022, professional footballer K. Reuben was trying to take a nap before an A1 Semi-Pro League game with Harini. What unfolded instead would change the course of his career and the lives of hundreds of aspiring footballers across Malaysia.
Reuben established the Football First Academy in Kajang and now, it has seven branches and one is in the pipeline. It all started with a vision that was "downloaded into his head" - the name, the motto, the structure: Football First Academy. Train Like a Pro.
